1、建議信寫作注意事項

建議信的寫作目的是提出建議或忠告，不是投訴信。觀點要合情合理，注意禮貌當先。

2、寫作方法

① 首段：

a. 簡介自己，不要羅嗦；

b. 說明目的，注意語氣。

② 主體：

a. 提出具體建議；

b. 首先肯定優點，再寫改進內容，否則會變成投訴信；

c. 經常進行交流，注意對方感受，時時提到你和我，否則容易跑題寫成議論文。
